Junior Cricket is available for both boys and girls who have attained the age of 8 years old prior to the 31st August each year.
Le Page Park offers junior cricket in the following age groups:
Rookies - designed for children who have completed both Junior Blasters and Master Blasters and is their first time playing cricket on real cricket pitches with all the protective gear and a semi-hard ball. Rules are modified to make the game more enjoyable and it is designed for ages 8-10. Children play a T20 match every week on Saturday or Sunday mornings.
Under 12 - designed for children from 8 to 11 years old. Is a graded competition from A to C grade with A grade being the top division primarily designed for "top age" children (11yo) or talented younger children. We will have teams playing on Saturday mornings.
Under 14 - for 12 and 13 year olds, 40 over matches played on Friday nights
Under 16 - for 14 and 15 year olds, 40 over matches, played on Friday nights
Under 18 - for 16 and 17 year olds, T20 matches played on Wednesday nights
